I am Sheetal Singhi Founder and Clinical Director of Trust Centre for Wellness, and I bring over three plus years of professional experience, all with a strong focus on occupational therapy.

I specialize in working with children who have a variety of needs and diagnoses, including sensory processing disorders, fine and gross motor delays, writing issues, ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, cognitive problems, and more, within the realm of occupational therapy. My experience extends to treating patients with various orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and psychiatric conditions, and I approach each case with a unique focus on occupational therapy strategies.
A Holistic Approach to Occupational Therapy:
I take a comprehensive approach to therapy, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including addictive disorders, depression, and other psychiatric concerns, all through the lens of occupational therapy. My in-depth knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) allows me to improve children's skills, while my capability to work with geriatric patients enhances their daily living, always considering the occupational therapy aspect.

I believe in the power of clear and effective communication, especially within the field of occupational therapy. My excellent communication skills, including oral, written, sign language, and body gestures, ensure that I can connect with your child on their level. I provide insights into unseen problems and make proactive decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes, always keeping occupational therapy principles in mind.
Occupational Therapy at the Heart:
Occupational therapy is at the heart of what I do. My experience as an Occupational Therapist at included working, improving their activities of daily living and daily routines through verbal and visual commands, all under the umbrella of occupational therapy. I conducted 1:1 meeting with parents to keep them informed about their children's development and record their valuable feedback, closely aligned with occupational therapy practices. I performed comprehensive patient assessments, interviews, and designed treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes, always with occupational therapy in mind.
Academic Excellence in Occupational Therapy:
I take great pride in my academic achievements. During my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Indore Institute of Medical Science, I consistently topped my class for all academic years. Additionally, I pursued a postgraduate degree in Autism and Behavioral Science from George Brown College, Canada, where I was listed in the Dean's Honor List. This recognition was a result of maintaining a CGPA of more than 3.5, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence in the field of occupational therapy.
